2. SUBJECT
The subject of this preliminary information form is to inform the Buyer (“User”) about the service in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, and the Distance Contracts Regulation, and to determine the matters regarding the purchase/sale of tickets for events to be organized by organizers.

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND REGULATIONS
- The subject of the product and service covered by this preliminary information form consists of the matters/transactions related to ticket sales for events to be held via the www.sporbilet.com website,
- The ticket purchase/sale transactions between the parties are carried out in accordance with the definition set forth in Article 48/1 of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,
- Before purchasing a ticket, by carefully reviewing the “Preliminary Information Form, FAQ, Privacy and Security, User Agreement, Terms of Use, KVKK, Explicit Consent Text” available on our website www.sporbilet.com and approving the sales contract, it shall be deemed that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted the contents of these texts,
- In addition;
- You agree to comply with the general and special rules determined by the organizers regarding the event(s),
- You agree to comply with the legally mandatory rules,
Otherwise, in cases such as denial of entry to events or removal from the event area, our company shall not be held responsible, and you shall be deemed to have accepted that you have no right to request a refund of the ticket price or make similar claims.
- The price information of the ticket to be purchased by the Buyer (“User”) will be displayed on the sales portal, and if any additional costs or fees are required, this will be clearly indicated by the Seller. However, in cases where additional costs or fees cannot be calculated in advance, such additional costs or fees may be requested.
- Pursuant to Article 15/1(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, which states that “Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in contracts related to accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities for entertainment or recreation purposes that must be performed on a specific date or within a specific period,” you do not have the right of withdrawal.
- In the event of a dispute, the Buyer (“User”) may apply to the consumer arbitration committee and, in accordance with Article 73/A of Law No. 6502, may file a lawsuit before consumer courts provided that mediation is applied for prior to filing a lawsuit. Article 73/5 of the same law also stipulates that consumer lawsuits may be filed in the consumer court located at the place of residence of the consumer.
It shall be deemed that the Buyer (“User”) has read and approved these provisions before approving the sales/service contract, and by approving the contract, has accepted the obligation to pay the ticket price, and that the provisions and information in this preliminary information form constitute an integral part of the distance (ticket) sales/service contract, and that clear information has been provided.
